Child Naming Days - Advice Wanted

Can any pagans advise me please?  My husband and I have pagan friends who have invited us to their child's naming day.  We have no idea what we should do regarding a present.  We have been to a couple of christenings and bought the baby a small gift, do we take the baby a present with the pagan ceremony and if so what type of things would be appropriate please.
