Does anyone know a spell for help overcoming an addiction?
Hi
I gave up smoking about 3 months ago but I seem to be a very, very bad quitter!!!! Everyone else who gave up around the same time as me (on the forums) seems to be doing great now and really positive, yet I feel worse now after 3 months than I did on day 1!!!! I could burst into tears at any moment all the time. Not sure if this is just related to things that have happened lately and its worth saying that at some times throughout the 3 months I have felt really good too but can't help feeling if I smoked I could cope with things wheras at the moment I'm not sure that I can "keep going on with life". I would just go out and buy some cigs but it means so much to my daughter that I promised I would keep trying and deep down I know it is a mugs game. But please does anyone kow any spells that would help me "stay strong". I really didn't expect to feel this way after all this time...

Hi.........
I m new to this forum........
About giving up smoking..........I know its hard.........I never heard about a spell to help giving up smoking but I managed to develop a pendant that works........I used it myself.and other ppl did too.............The energy in the pendant kind of removes all that s bad for your health ( bad habits) from yur aura and keeps you balanced....
I didnt have any withdrawall effects .............Neither did any of my cients who used it too.
hi here is a spell
You will need:
One cigarette
A fireproof dish
A white candle
Break the cigarette into pieces, crumbling the tobacco, and put this into a fireproof dish. Write your name on a piece of paper 10 times and place it in the dish. Now light a white candle and set fire to the contents of the dish, reciting this mantra:
‘Habits burn, I deem as true,
Let the ashes burn green and blue.
Rid my being of all that’s bad,
Bring back the strength that I once had.’
When the contents of the dish have cooled, bury them in a plant pot outside your front door. This symbolises your rejection of this negative habit. Repeat this spell every day for as long as you like, and feel those cravings fade away!
hope this helps and good luck
Well done for getting that far! You have done it and are doing it!
The way the body copes after quitting is quite tough. You tend to get more colds and feel awful in the first three months after quitting but it does go away again and your fitness levels will improve greatly.
A few tips: keep busy- recognise times when you would have a cigarette and go do something else. Like after you've had your tea in the evening. Instead of watching Corrie or a soap, go do the washing up. If you do a craft, do that instead. I made a huge crocheted blanket when I quit.
Think of the money you're saving! save up for something really good, a treat just for you.
For a spell, you can either write 'I want to stop smoking' on a piece of paper (or an actual cigarette), put it into a plastic container with a lid, then fill it with water. Put it into the freezer. As it freezes, your cravings for the crafty cigs will dissipate.
