drinking too much

my mate is having really really bad family problems at the moment, and this is making her turn t drink which is casuing strain on all her friendships and relationships!!!! do you think there is anything i can do to help her, spells, charms crystals ect!!!! need it quick before its too late :(
She needs to vent a little maybe, get it all of her chest, talking about things helps.
Whenever something bothered me and if I felt I couldn't talk to anyone about it, or if no-one would understand, I would write a letter about it all and how I felt. Then I would burn the letter and ask for the strength to deal with my problems and get on with my life.
You can also suggest your friend carry some rose quartz for coping with sadness and difficult issues and if she is having trouble coming off the drink them she should carry some Lepidolite to help break addictions. Also she should speak to a professional if the drinking has become an addiction or if she is going through any sort of depression. Magickal stuff works best when its also followed with regular actions i.e if you are ill and do a healing spell, that doesn't mean you shouldn't visit your doctor as well.
Most of all be there for your friend, I understand it puts you in an awkward position but she needs the support of as many friends as possible, she needs people to be there that won't desert her.

heya, well she is still drinking a little and finds that going to see someone doesnt work, she went as a child. im just waiting for her to see herself for what she is so i can help her
