I read in the sun newspaper yesterday of a 3yr old german boy who was clinically dead for some time got brought back to life. When he opened his eyes and spoke he told his shocked parents how he had left his body and floated up to a lovely place with a gate. At the gate was his great grandma who told him to go back. He said to his mum 'I've been to heaven and it looked lovely'.

What a lovely story to read esp as the boy was only 3yrs old. I've always believed in heaven and I'd like to think when we die we meet up with everyone thats passed away.

i didnt read the sun yesterday, but wow that sounds so beautiful and quite moving. i think we all do go to heaven, even if we are 'bad'. i dnt believe in hell and think that when we die, we all get a chance to say sorry for the 'bad' things.

I read this story too. It was really nice to read, and I believe in an after-life, and to the sceptics out there, a three year old couldn't make this up. I'm glad he came back to his grateful parents, who may have something to think about now! I'm off to the Spiritualist Church again today, so hopefully someone will be popping in to say "Hello".

when my grandad died

when my grandad died suddenly, at 62, it was a shock to the entire family. my mum and nan were devastated. i was only small at the time, and it wasnt until many years later when i was in my 20's when i leared this tale.

both my mum and nan both had the exact same dream, on the same night,  1 week after my grandad had died. they didnt tell each other til years later either, as they both expected, it was part of the grieving process.

the dream was, my grandad appeared, lifelike, in the night, in their rooms.

he said he had to make peace with anyone he had left behind, as he had died suddenly, he was in a limbo type place, and he could not be allowed to "pass over" until he had done so. he said the place he now was in wasnt nice but not unpleasant either. he had to fil his duty and he had 2 weeks to do so.

both my mum and nan were upset by the dream, but the coincidence wasnt realised, til many years later.

now my family arent psychic, spiritual, or easily led, so thats why it was weird.

any comments?

When  my  mum  died  i  was  in  bits. Acouple  of  weeks  later i   went  into  the  living  room  to  get  a  bit  of  peace  the  children  were  listening  to  loud  music  in the  other  room. i  sat  down  on  couch closed  my  eyes   for  a  second  and  when  i  opened  them  my  mum  was  standing  in  front  of   me  and  she  had  the  happiest  smile  i  ever  saw  on  her  face  i  was  just  about  to  talk  to  her  when  my  eleven  year  old  son  came  bursting  through  the  door  and  she  was  gone. my son  looked  at me  and  said  mum  whats  wrong  your  face  is  snow  white. naturally i  got  an  awful  fright  when  my  mum  appeared  but  it helprd  me  so much i never  cried  for  her  again  because  i knew  wherever  she was  it  was  beautiful because  she  looked  so  happy. She was  definitly in  heaven.

I have always believed in the afterlife since a young age & started going to a Spiritualist Church when I was 13. When my dad was killed in an accident when I was 21, it was the "knowing"  that my dad had passed to a spirit world that existed that helped me & my mum get through. We had a wonderful message from my dad 2 wks after he died, that he was ok, which brought great comfort to us. Over the years I've had wonderful messages through from family, guides, angels & other beings of light. I've been very lucky in that a few times during meditation I have been taken & shown heaven the first time by my dad, it was wonderful, the love, peace & feeling of warmth there, is so overwhelming it was just beautiful.

I watched a film recently on BT Vision called "What Dreams May Come" starring Robin Williams. This is a brilliant film about heaven & what you manifest there & I highly recommend it.
