Hi Im New To Forum ( A weird experience Can anyone tell me what might have happened )
Hi everyone Ive just joined , I LOVE this magazine and cant wait to get it each month.
I would like to know what might have happened in this case below.
My dad and I would sit for hours talking about the spirit world we made a pact that who ever passed over first that the other would contact the one remaining to let them know there was an after life.
In 1999 My dad was in Hospital very ill,he had suffered a cruel mind taking illness that had taken away his memory for a few years previously and now he was in hospital because hed got pneumonia on top of it and MRSA.
What I DONT UNDERSTAND IS THIS
One the 6th November 1999 as I lay next to my husband in the dark finding it hard to sleep wondering and going over things in my head I saw a tall figure appear from No where and walk around the bed ,I was totally calm AND FULLY AWAKE but stayed looking in the direction I was in untill I was shaken lightly on my arm from behind I turned around it was my dad he smiled at me , I smiled back and then he vanished .
Only then did what had happened kick in I shook my husbands arm my dad was here "no you drempt it he said" ,no I never I said he was here . I dont care what you say I know what I saw.
I think I made him a bit nervous because it was a couple of hours before he went back to sleep.
I Called the hospital they said my dad was very poorly and had suffered a mini stroke on top of everything.
Dad sadly passed away on Christmas Eve 1999 he always said he wouldnt live to see the year 2000 he was right.
HOW CAN MY DAD HAVE VISITED ME WHEN HE WAS STILL ALIVE???
Does anyone out there no how this could be ??
I Havent had anymore visits like that one since, and my mom as passed away since BUT ON FAMILY PHOTOS a big Orb and a little Orb as shown up could this be them I wonder ?

hiya shaz how are you? im new as well and am loving having like minded people to speak 2....i absolutley love the psychic mags and cant wait to get it each month either.....sounds to me like your dad was sendidng u a sign that his time was nearly up, ive read that a close relative has had it happen to them b4 as well and yes the two orbs you c are your parents letting u know they are still around to keep an eye on you!
you must have had a deep connection wiv both of them, you were truly blessed!

Haven't been on F & F forum for a while, so just saw your posting. I think I might be able to offer an explanation regarding the sighting you had of your father before his death.
There are many reported incidences like yours, these are often referred to as 'Crisis Apparitions'. During WW1 & WW2 there were many accounts of people having seen a loved one (ie son, brother, husband) at home, even though their loved one was away fighting in the war. These apparitions looked so real, people first thought their loved one had come home on leave. It was only when the apparition disappeared, that they realised this wasn't the case. People who witnessed these Crisis Apparitions then received telegrams or letters shortly afterwards (often from the loved one they believed they'd seen) saying they've been injured, or just went through a very frightening experience (eg thought they were about to die). It turned out, the injury or frightening experience occurred at exactly the same time the apparition was seen. This is main reason this type of phenomena is referred to as a 'Crisis Apparition'. Whether the actual spirit of the person is seen, or whether the Crisis Apparition is caused through strong emotional thoughts being projected to loved ones, is something no-one's yet been able to prove.
I think what you witnessed was a Crisis Apparition, as you say your dad suffered a mini stroke at the time you witnessed this. At that very moment, your dad may have believed he was about to die, (even though he lived a few more weeks). Believing his death was imminent, your dad's 'last' thoughts would be about those he loved. His strong thoughts charged with intense emotion and love, may have created what you saw, or your dad's stroke might have caused him to have an 'out of body experience' for those few moments.
Regarding the orbs seen on your family photos. Orbs are thought to be spirit trying to show themselves. It's very likely the orbs you've captured are those of your mom and dad. Hope this helps you.

Thank You for your replies you saying about apparations is a good explanation and its comforting to know he kept his promise of coming back to me.
Some people have laughed at what i saw but i know what i saw was real and i was wide awake.
The orbs are a comfort to me im hoping for more orbs this Christmas/New Year well it was there favourite time of the year.
If I can work out how to get the photos uploaded to this website i will put them on here,I have tried to put my New Years Orbs on but couldnt do it if anyone as any idea how to do it please let me know would be very grateful.

I'm pretty sure someone's already posted some orb photos on here. If you look through the postings you should see who it was. If you contact them they should be able to tell you. I know she posted links you could click on. I know you can post a link to a webpage by cutting and pasting address on here. I've done it, so I know that works OK.
I wouldn't worry about people laughing at your experiences. Seeing is believing and until some people do see, nothing will convince them. The only thing that matters is YOU know what you saw and that's all your dad's concerned with. I've been a medium/psychic for over 30 years, so plenty of people have laughed at me over the years because I believe in an Afterlife. The way I look at it is, some of my best friends are dead people., like my loved ones and my guides. The dead have often done more for me in this life, than the living. I've never denied what I believe in and I never will. If people want to laugh at me that's fine. We can always discuss it further in the Afterlife (when we all meet up there) the laugh will then be on them!

Perhaps your Dad was astral travelling. A lot of people find themselves astral travelling, even when they are perfectly healthy as well as when they are ill. He may have found it odd, and because of your family connection homed in on you as you are receptive. I expect he found it reassuring to see you.
I'm sure the orbs are your Mum and Dad watvhing over you.
