photo album in dream

i had a dream a few nites ago about a friend who is seeing is seeing a married man both her n wife no of each other

in my dream i was at my friends house wen she gave me this gift tellin me it was from this mans wife becoz she knew i was tryin for a baby well wen i went home i unwrapped it it was a photo album exactly the same as a photo album i had sen over by my daughters nan in africa when i opend it it was full of these photos of the mans wife and her family with him  as well and this one little girl keep being in this picture blonde hair blue eyes which confused me bcoz the wife is white but the man is italia kinda looking?~
