Hi i have tried it and it sort of works, my husband is really bad and so i got some and put it under his pillow, he still snored but it wasn't as loud, it's worth a try!!
I've got some of this but have never used it in any shape or form. My husband snores so maybe I'll stick it under his pillow tonight :)
My husband was dreadful with snoring to the point he woke the neighbours when he use to live with his mum.
I asked for a crystal at a local spirital fayre & was told moonstone. I brought one & put it in hubbies pillow. NO SNORING. Seriously he did not snore, I removed it the next night & very quickly put it back.
I can always tell if it has slipped to the corner of the pillowcase, I find it must be in the middle of his pillow to work.
Whilst recently on hols I forgot to take it with u & we all noticed a diference, so when we went somewhere they had crystals I brought another one & even my parents who are "non-belivers" were proved wrong in their opinions.
It needs to be in the pillow case. If it slips out completely then it is no longer needed - so I was told & if they start snoring again then it needs to be charged through a lunar cycle ( I think ) hope someone can clarify that for me & what a lunar cycle is.
Hope this helps & you end up getting a peaceful nights sleep. It worked for us.
Mm, charged through a lunar cycle means left in the moons rays for one full moon to the next full moon . Bb
