Visit to the Spirit world or was it a dream?

Yesterday would have been the 50th Wedding Anniversary of my parents, my mum passed over two years ago. Whilst staying over at my dads house, I heard footsteps coming from my dads bedroom at 8.15 am, and thought he was up. However, he didn't get up until 8.30, but I thought nothing of it. Later on in the day, a few things happened to me whilst using a PC, which were quite odd, but I carried on. However, last night when I went to bed I either visited or dreamt of the spirit world. I was talking to my mum, and asked her if she was pleased I was Spiritually aware, which of course she was. I also saw some spirits around, and an area where some spirits just waited. I then had a clear vision of someone in a fatal car accident, and them entering the spirit world to the applause of their relatives. I then woke up.  I really think it was a visit to the Spirit World, especially as the date was a very important one to us. I am aware of spirit and can sense them and see them in my mind.

On Saturday last I attended

On Saturday last I attended the wedding of my cousin. I heard that one of the guests, from the brides family or friends who was due to attend had been klled in a car crash. A bit spooky, but  as I didn't know her, ( a 14 year old girl), I can't tell if it was actually her I had the vision of. I was however taken aback.

Dream of Dying or a visit to the spirit world?
i have the very same thought on something that happened to me about maybe August last year.i had the wierdest dream ever,it started with me realising id died and grandad rowing me up a river to a garden.Grandad died when i was 4 and he was indeed a docker.on the way upriver he showed me "landmarks" in the dockyard and told me the dockers nicknames for them. When we reached a garden the end,i was greeted by family,a few of whom had died when i was very young and id forgot them as they were almost distant-ish relatives of my mums.i was sad id passed and wanted to go home to my children.id gave up all hope when a dear lady to my family asked me if i was sure i wanted to come back and i nodded. She took me down a street where i saw a small graveyard and there was my own,she told me i had to stand on my grave and pick up an object and not to look back "my dear".i won't finish the story properly just that a minute before i woke i felt life come into my body and opened my eyes to see the stars twinkling in the sky high above me.i didnt sleep the rest of that night and at 7pm the next night my partner said his Tag Heuer watch had stopped (about the time id been sleeping). He'd only had it fixed at the clockmakers 2 days before and it had been working perfectly.when he'd took it to be fixed in the first place, all it needed was a battery.Very Wierd!!

Thankyou for the comment on my experiences and its been good to finally share them with like-minded people and see people appreciate them :).Sometimes i feel like a walking magnet for experiences with the spirit world and i have experienced both positive and negative sides to it.sometimes i wish i never had some experiences like i do (i have had negative/frightening experiences before).Other times i see it as a blessing (like when i know a loved one who is passed is just letting me know they are ok and in spirit now or when i have what id call a positive encounter).if i could keep any experiences with spirit all positive and not scary id feel alot more peaceful about it.i've almost accepted these experiences as part of my life now as i've had them for about 18 years now all in all and im just coming up for 28 years old but for a long time i so scared to say anything to anyone about them.i hid my experiences through fear of being judged after telling a group of close friends about my first experience of the paranormal when we were all 10 over lunch at school one day.that experience i told them about defies beliefs of a few things if im honest, but I knew it happened and felt so ridiculed when no-one believed me.I can't believe now i expected them to believe my story at that age, but i really believed they would know i was being completely truthful with them. After they did not believe me,i kept my experiences with spirit completely quiet and to myself until i found my like-minded partner, then it became only him i shared my experiences with.As for the story my friends didn't believe,my partner did believe me because something similar had happened to a friend of his a few years before while my partner was there!.i felt relaxed about starting to share experiences i've had on here not long ago after id wrote my first post and recieved re-assurance from one of the editors that i can open up a bit on here without fear of being judged about them because people on here are a nice like-minded bunch :)..and open up i have.i had a dream again the other night about my relatives who have passed so im going to post it on the forum too and i hope you like it Love from Chelle
