Just add water
You will need:
- Two teaspoons of raspberry leaf loose tea
- Boiling water
The day before your test, put the raspberry leaf loose tea in a pot and
add boiling water. Steep for five minutes, then strain into a cup.
Place your left hand above the cup and say out loud:
'I wish to stay calm and focused in my test.'
Then drink the tea. Repeat three
times in total that day, the third time just before you leave the house
to take the test.
